Long before man, life grew vast in the sea
And in the prehistoric evolved such giants
Beings of deep intelligence, massive in size
The ruling overlords under the waves

After a war with a race from another world
They bred a new kind to guard the surface
Hybrid warriors, bred from their own mind
And warlike primates native to the surface

And now they call
Now brings the crucible
Answered challenge to test their work

To bring down hell
The old foe will return

Man looks to the stars to find his beginnings
When he should be looking deep in the ocean
There dwell the arcane masters of this blue planet
Masters who tire of our endless noise
